Questions before you choose

The short version: search requires an account, paid research depends on your plan, and importing remains a separate service.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid plans are billed for their stated period and can be cancelled from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Do I buy vehicles through JDM Auctions?

No. JDM Auctions provides auction discovery and research tools. A partner import broker handles bidding, purchase and import arrangements directly with you when you request that help.

Does my subscription include importing or brokerage fees?

No. Subscription fees pay for access to JDM Auctions. Broker, purchase, transport, compliance, government and other importing costs are separate.

Is auction availability guaranteed?

No. Auction inventory changes continually, vehicles can be withdrawn, and bidding or purchase outcomes are never guaranteed.

Why is auction access restricted to registered users?

Registration protects licensed auction information, helps us enforce fair-use rules and keeps premium research data available to legitimate buyers.
